If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

If the item you received is incorrect color or size of the original order, please email us a photo of the item. Please show the size tag, original packaging and send photos within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the item once we confirm your order.

 

We can replace it for free if your item meets the following conditions:

l  The item is defective - damaged/broken or dirty upon arrival.

l  We sent the wrong item - size, style or color.

l  The package was lost in transit.

l  Size information is provided in the product description to help you find the right size. We are not responsible for non-receipt or rejection of items due to the item not fitting.

 

Note: Please make sure all the shipping information you provide is correct before submitting your order. This is to prevent shipping accidents or package loss. We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered due to incorrect delivery addresses.

 

Can all items be returned?

 

All socks come with a 15-day guarantee. We will accept returns if they meet all of our return terms and conditions and are submitted within 15 days of receiving the package.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you would like to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the item has not been used. Please contact us here and we will provide instructions for the return process.

 

Return Terms and Conditions

 

Boomjour Family does not cover return shipping costs. Please note that return packages can sometimes take several weeks to arrive. If you return an item without filling out a return form, your refund may take longer. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned package.

 

If the return is processed correctly, your payment will be refunded within 7 days using the payment method you used to purchase it.

 

Please allow a few days for the funds to be refunded to your payment method. The exact time frame will depend on the payment method you used.

 

Please note that only items that are in perfect condition and in the original brand packaging (other suitable external shipping packaging may be used) will be refunded.

 

Returned orders remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our return address. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to return packages during shipping, and cannot provide any assistance in tracking return packages.

Delayed or missing refunds

 

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again and contact your account company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited to your account.
