What is the return policy?
- All Boomjour Family orders come with a 15-day guarantee. We will accept returns for a full refund if the item meets all of our return terms and conditions and is submitted within 15 days of receiving the package.
- You can cancel a return by simply sending an email to boomjourfamily@biorun.cc . We appreciate your reason for the return. We are unable to send you a return label. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.
- To request a return, the returned item must:
- Return within 15 days of receipt.
- Return in the original packaging to protect the socks.
What is the care of the socks?
- Maximum wash temperature 30°C, very gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Hang to dry
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
How long does it take to ship after purchasing?
Shipped within 3 working days after ordering.
What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 6-10 working days.
Where are Boomjour Family's socks produced?
Our socks are all produced by our own smart factory in China, with international original design, independent production and manufacturing, and high quality control.
